Thông tin chi tiết
Tóm tắt : | Its students spend over $270 billion per year on such national commodities as clothes, food, paper clips, jets and bombs. To ensure they spent no more than was absolutely necessary and got the biggest bang for the buck, its commanders completely overhauled it. As a result, the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) became a model for specialized training institutions. The authors, all of whom were engaged in the effort, describe evaluating the capabilities of an educational institution against upcoming needs, developing curricula and pedagogy from best-proven theories and practice, implementing systematically, and evaluating. Along the way they describe detecting and handling change, building organizational infrastructure, conducting needs analyses and establishing a learning architecture, developing smart feedback strategies, and building a culture of constant improvement. |
